Wailea Town Center

The Wailea Town Center project includes (2) one-story and (2) two-story buildings and provides for a combined total of approximately 40,000 square feet of commercial space on the ground floor. Parking for the commercial tenants and customers are disbursed around the buildings for convenient drive-up service.  Luxury residential units are located on the second levels of the two-story buildings. Each unit is air conditioned, appointed with luxurious interior finishes and amenities, and accompanied with its own private garage and one reserved open parking space. A private swimming pool and deck area is also available for the exclusive use of the residences.
