R.M. Towill Corporation Office Building

R.M. Towill Corporation is a multi-discipline engineering firm specializing in planning, civil engineering, survey/photogrammetry, construction management, environmental services, and wastewater projects throughout the Pacific. The former office building was a series of buildings piecemealed together between five separate construction periods. The tenants’ spaces on the ground floor were retained and remained open throughout the construction period. The renovation combined all spaces on the second floor to become the client’s new corporate headquarters. The project included space planning for their various departments, new air conditioning, plumbing, parking, a new elevator and a complete facelift to modernize the appearance of the property.
