P‐816 Waterfront Operations Facility

The new facility entailed three new buildings: (1) an administration building, that included disaster response emergency operations center, office spaces, quarterdeck, training/lounge room, kitchen, bunk rooms, showers, and restroom facilities; (2) a pre‐engineered metal maintenance building which comprised of a general maintenance shop, painting and welding shops, storage for equipment and materials, and a battery room; and (3) a pump building for the automatic fire suppression system.
