Maʻalaea Small Boat Harbor Building

This project consisted of the reconstruction of the ferry terminal building at Maʻalaea Harbor with a new two-story concrete and wood structure. The ground level encompasses a 1,200 square feet passenger holding area, restrooms and a maintenance/storage garage. The 1,200 square feet second floor consists of the Division of Boating and Ocean Recreation’s (DBOR) District Office. The District Office provided space and restrooms for eight staff members. An elevator and stairway provides access to the second floor.
