Bachelor Enlisted Quarters P-749 & P-750

API designed a new 100-room Bachelor Enlisted Quarters (BEQ) consisting of semi-private baths at MCBH Kaneohe Bay. The 68,620 sq. ft. project provided a solution to the base’s growing housing needs while still being able to achieve a LEED Silver rating through the incorporation of solar photo voltaic carports. Additional community and service core areas include a laundry facility, lounge, duty officer office, multi-purpose recreation pavilion, housekeeping areas, and public restrooms.
