Bachelor Enlisted Quarters P-438 & P-439

The design of this Bachelor Enlisted Quarters (BEQ) integrates two projects with the appearance as one facility, providing 150 new rooms with semi-private baths units with an approximate total area of 68,620 sq. ft. The new buildings are the first midrise BEQ at MCBH Kaneohe and designed around an open air courtyard concept, matching the existing adjacent BEQ buildings.

Paving and site improvements included paved walkways, outdoor recreation facilities and equipment, bike shelters, and landscaping. The project is currently in the process to achieve a LEED Silver Rating.
