H-662 Replace Housing Units at Old Apra Naval Base

This project included the demolition and construction of replacement homes for junior enlisted and officer families supported by COMNAVMARIANAS, Guam.  The new housing units constructed were duplex residences for the junior enlisted officers and single family residences for officers.  Each residence had automatic sprinkler systems or fire rated construction, interior metal frame walls, air conditioning, covered parking, covered patios, privacy fencing, and exterior storage, radon testing system, and provisions for emergency plug-in receptacle during power outages. Concrete walls and roofs, exterior shutters, and other special construction provisions for typhoon wind and seismic bracing were also incorporated.
