Camp Humphreys Downtown Exchange

This master-planned project was part of a joint effort between the Republic of Korea and the United States to consolidate U.S. forces in Korea with the intent to return existing land located in Seoul back to Korea. As part of the downtown redevelopment, the project encompassed seven (7) new buildings and included site development, drainage, grading, landscaping, road, bridges, vehicular, pedestrian access, parking, utility and infrastructure. Designed to operate as a self-sufficient small town, the development will serve the learning, recreation, dining, and consumer needs of U.S. service personnel, family and neighbors.
